Blogging Tips #3:Design and Layout

Hello everyone!

In this post I'll share some tips about designing your blog.There are few little things you can do to to improve your blog design that make huge difference.Having a good looking design is very important because design is first thing that people notice when they visit your blog and you want to make it the best you can.I hope this little tips can help you and if you have any questions feel free to ask me,I'm happy to help.

HEADER-Adding a good looking header to your blog really makes a huge difference,your blog looks more put together and professional.This post from Wonder Forest can help you with making good header.

FONTS-Please use fonts that people can easily read,before you choose the font make sure that the letters are clean and readable.Having a font that no one can read won't help you with growing your blog.

COLOURS-When choosing a design and theme for  your blog think about colours,what colours you'll use, will these colours go together,etc.I think that 2 or 3 colours are enough,don't use too many,make it simple and clean.

SIDEBAR-Clean out your sidebar,remove everything you don't need.Having a well organised sidebar will make your blog look more tidy and clean.It will be easier for people to find what they're looking for.

SOCIAL MEDIA AND CONTACT DETAILS-Make sure to put photo of you and short bio on top of page so that people can know who you are and what your blog is about.Also make sure that all your contact details are somewhere on top of your site and easily accessible.

PHOTOS-Make all your photos the same size.The same size photos really help for your blog to look better,more organised and professional.

Blogging Tips #2:My Top 10 Tips

Hello everyone!

In this post I will be sharing my top 10 blogging tips.I'm writing this blog for over a year now and I learnt some things.I remember when I just made my blog that I didn't know anything about

blogging,photography,design,etc.But in this one year I learnt a lot and I want to share what I learnt with you.If you would like me to write a post about particular subject like photography,social media,design and layout,etc.Just let me know in the comments down below and I'll be happy to do that.

 Let's get started:

1. 

Before publishing new post,ask your self: would you read it?! Is it interesting?! If you like it,there is a big chance that other people will like it too.

2.

Visit other people's blogs and leave them a nice comment.Add your link in the comment so they can check out your blog if they want.

3.

Social media is very important for bloggers.My fave social media is twitter.On twitter you can meet other bloggers,tweet about new posts which is very important.Most of my traffic comes from Twitter and Bloglovin'.

4.

Make sure your photos are clear and not blurry.Natural light is the best for taking photos.

5.

Make blog header.You can easily make one with picmonkey.com.

6.

 Put your social media icons on top of your blog so that people can find it easily.Also put your photo and short bio so that people can know a little bit about you.

7.

Make an about and contact page.

8.

Join blogging communities.

9.

Use notebook or notes app on your phone and write ideas for your blog.

10.

And last,but not least,enjoy blogging and have fun with it.

Hey,everybody!

Did you know I made my blog 20th October 2013,a year ago??? I can't believe it has been that long,I feel like I made my blog yesterday.I just wanted to write this post to thank everyone who visited my blog.Thank you all for supporting this blog and me,for commenting and following,I really appreciate it.Looking back to my old posts I see how much my blog improved by each post.I became better in writing,photography and I learnt a lot of new things.I met so many amazing new people and made friends(you) through my blog.This was an amazing year for my blog,I hope that next one will be even better. =)

HOW TO: Add Background Color To Widgets Title-BLOGGER

Hello,in this post I'm gonna show you how to add background color to widgets title.This is, in my opinion, the easiest way to add background color.Let's get started:



1.Login to blogger

2.Go to template and click Edit Html

3.In Html search for ]]></ b:skin> 
                                                                                                         
4. Copy the code and paste it before  ]]></ b:skin>

    background:#000000;
    color: #FFFFFF;

To center the title add

Change the colors how you want  and click save.

BLOGGING TIPS

I'm gonna share with you some blogging tips.I don't write blog for a long time but it doesn't mean that I don't know anything about blogging.I'm gonna share some tips that I learned in this couple months of blogging.



One of the most important things in blogging are social networks.I think that is very  important to have instagram,twitter and facebook (although I don't have a fb page for my blog) accounts.

It's very useful to be member of some blogging website/community,I'm member of IFB (Independent Fashion Bloggers)
Community for bloggers are amazing,you meet a lot of different people who write blogs too and you can find out a lot that can help you with your blog.

Content of your blog is important.When you write a post don't just write something quick.When you're done writing double check your content to be sure that everything is written correctly.
                 

HOW TO ADD PAGE ON BLOGGER BLOG?

Have you ever wonder  how to add pages like CONTACT,ABOUT etc. on your blogger blog?Well I did.I was searching on google but it was too complicated,copying HTML and a lot of other words that I don't understand.I found much easier way to add page on your blog so I decided to share it with you.

1. First go on page which says PAGES,like you can see on picture down below:
                                 
         

                       
2. Make sure that you choose pages between top tabs or side links,DON'T CLICK don't show.Like on the      picture down below:

3. Then click on NEW PAGE and choose how you want your page to be.Like on the picture down below:

4. When you do all that you should be on this page,picture down below.Now write title and text,click               PUBLISH and you're all done
